Before the problem, I never had any issues and the cooling was always pretty cool so I think my coolant level is ok.

If you turn on the system too soon the risk is that you push this oil into the cap tube where it may remain or be hard to get out or worse, you may leak oil into the reed valves where they will be damaged when the compressor motor is turned on.
